Declan Fisher works with atmaana as a Consultant, providing solution development, commercial development, contract review, bid writing, bid review and strategic bid development services - primarily for Soft FM services in Public Sector contracting, but with experience in TFM services as well.

He has over 25 years’ experience in Defence operations and business development primarily working for corporate organisations. As well as his work in Defence, he has also been successfully involved in other areas of Public Sector business development, including Healthcare, Education and Environmental Services as well as being involved in tendering work to the commercial sector.

In his corporate career, Declan has been employed at Director level within business development, helping the organisations he has worked with to achieve significant growth, winning more than £1Bn of TCV new business wins across the sectors he has worked in and regularly operating into Board level.

More recently Declan has diversified in his business development career, using his skills and knowledge to generate business growth in the Environmental Services sector. This has seen him increasingly involved in environmental, sustainability and social value strategy development – a growing area of focus across all procurement activities in both the Public and Private Sectors.

During his time working in the Defence sector, his work has included leading and working on major tender requirements for all three Services – the Army, Navy and RAF – notably working on the SMAC programme, the RAF SCRL, RAF 22 Trg.Gp and Hestia projects amongst many.

Declan has used his skills to deliver high scoring technical proposals that resonate with clients, focusing on their needs and desired outcomes to develop successful proposals.
